The Passionate Expert Behind Vino Vero
Dana’s journey in the wine world began in 2009 at a wine bar in her home state of Colorado, where she quickly fell in love with the diverse and captivating realm of wine. Her passion deepened during an internship at an urban winery in Chicago, Illinois, which paved the way for her to join the 2014 harvest team at Kosta Browne in Sonoma County, California. Over the course of five vintages, Dana honed her skills in the cellar, eventually making the transition to Napa to work at Realm Cellars.
One of Dana’s proudest career milestones came in 2021 when she co-founded Coquina Wines with a longtime friend and colleague. Coquina Wines is dedicated to crafting classic wines using a natural approach, reflecting Dana’s unwavering commitment to quality and sustainability.
Dana is deeply passionate about her work in the wine industry and is grateful for the experiences and connections she has made along the way. At Vino Vero, she is eager to share her love for wine and to foster a community of like-minded enthusiasts.
